As I walked into work on Friday last week, as I walked past a couple co-workers, I warmly greeted them.   One of them said to me: "Mr sunshine".   That warmed my heart and helped make my day.

Each day we have a choice - to spread some sunshine or gloom.  However - to continue to spread sunshine, you must have a source of strength - from the sun or rather the Son.  Stay connected and receive strength daily.  Not just the diluted stuff - but high octane, rich stuff that will boost your day and allow you to spread some sunshine around.   You cannot give what you do not have.  Be a river of living water!
