Nutrition experts tell us that we must pay close attention to our diet, relative to our age, gender, activity etc. In like manner, we must pay close attention to ensuring that we have the right mental and spiritual diet. This means we must feed our selves quality spiritual food / diet on a regular, on-going basis.
The more demanding your lifestyle, the greater the need for you to feed yourself quality food. This will require that you supplement your diet as the food that you are provided may not be adequate to sustain your altitude.
A plane when airborne must maintain thrust or it will fall to the ground. Without fuel, thrust cannot be maintained. So ensure that on a daily basis you have adequate fuel for thrust and progress.
