3-Session Advisory Package — $797

Some challenges are not a single decision. They are a sequence of them — each one dependent on the one before it, each one with structural implications that compound over time.

A governance restructure. A leadership transition. A major funding opportunity that requires your organization to be ready at a level it has not yet reached. A founder dependency problem that will not resolve in one conversation.

This package is for those situations.

Three 60-minute sessions, sequenced to match where you are in the challenge. The first session diagnoses the full situation and names the real issue. The second works through the structural response — what needs to change, in what order, and why. The third reviews progress, addresses what emerged in implementation, and sets the path forward from a position of clarity rather than reaction.

The value of three sessions is not three times the thinking. It is continuity — the ability to go deeper because context does not have to be rebuilt from scratch each time, and accountability because the work between sessions is held by a practitioner who knows your specific situation.

What this package is for:
Multi-stage governance restructure · Founder transition planning · Board realignment over time · Major funding readiness across multiple dimensions · Structural plateau that requires sustained diagnosis and response

What you will leave with across three sessions:
A clear diagnosis of the full challenge, a structured response grounded in the Mission to Systems™ framework, and a realistic 90-day action plan built around your specific organization — not a generic template.

Saves $94 off three individual 60-minute sessions.

To arrange your 3-session package, email sylvester@missiontosystems.com with a brief description of the challenge you are navigating. Sylvester will respond within two business days to confirm fit and schedule the first session.
